TRUE AP LACROSSE AND SPEED/AGILITY TRAINING
MORE INFO

LACROSSE

1-ON-1 PRIVATE LESSONS & SPEED & AGILITY

Parents,

Kris Miner, a recent graduate of Hood College (D3) & current Hood College Assistant Coach; As well as myself, a recent graduate of Robert Morris University (D1) & current Hood College Assistant Coach have put together a speed & agility program for young athletes to help them adjust to the speed and pace of the game, but most importantly to prepare them for their upcoming season.

Our Speed & Agility is our newest addition to our training program. We have added this program because of the overwhelming request for it. Our fall session was very successful. This program incorporates workouts that allowed myself to be successful at the Division 1 level, and allowed Kris to be the all-time leader in goals at Hood College.

We also offer private 1-on-1 sessions where we evaluate the athlete's strengths and areas in need of improvement and set up a personalized training regiment to strengthen the athlete's lacrosse abilities. We have seen tremendous improvements in the athletes that we have worked with throughout the fall and look forward to helping many more athletes reach their highest potential.

We train all levels from youth athletes to college athletes.

We worked with over 45 young athletes this fall from the surrounding areas (Frederick County, Montgomery County, Carroll County, and Baltimore County) and look forward to continuing to help athletes around the area build and improve on their lacrosse related skills.

If you are interested in either our speed and agility program or private 1-on-1 lessons please email us back at -or- visit our website, it can be found at: https://sites.google.com/site/bradbarberlacrosse/ . While you're there please fill out our form of interest that can be accessed through our contact page. This will allow us to keep you informed about training times and dates.

Training will pick back up shortly after the New Year. We have already begun to receive a high volume of interest in our upcoming programs.

See you soon,

Brad Barber
